Aaron Hamilton has been tattooing since 2005. He apprenticed under Justin Kontzen while running the Cave9 Music and Arts Project before he went on to focus on Tattooing solely in 2007. His style is heavily influenced by comic book art and horror cinema iconography. He also enjoys working with traditional and black & gray techniques.

Justin Kontzen began learning to tattoo in 1993. He was taught by Jim Wolfe at the Tattoo Zoo in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Originally from Birmingham, AL, Justin moved back after only a few years in Florida. He was given the opportunity to work with Joey Henson at The InkWell Tattoos, where he stayed for six years. Justin went on to run Aerochild Tattoos for 15 years before moving to Sanctum.

Chatham Hellmers is a lifelong illustrator and creator. Born and raised in New York, she has studied art and design for years. After owning a few popular businesses in Birmingham, and working in the jewelry industry for a stretch, she has decided to utilize her artistic process in the tattoo medium. Her apprenticeship Sanctum began in 2021. Her work ranges from quirky and wildly original, to dainty and feminine.
Aislynn

she / her
A passionate artist from a young age, Aislynn Lupien enjoys creating eccentric kawai illustrations. Boasting a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Alabama with a focus on painting and printmaking, her apprenticeship at Sanctum began in 2021.
Her style works well with whimsy, and American traditional tattoo designs.
